Report- breakdown by invoice amount

I need to generate some type of report breaking down our active accounts by invoice amount. So in other words I'd like to end up with the total number of accounts that are invoiced at less than $50/month, total between $50-75/month, total between $75-100/month and so on. Then I'll need to get totals for quarterly and annual accounts with their higher respective price ranges. Can someone think of the best/easiest way for me to accomplish this through WHMCS?
