Error: 1 (Please Help)

Hi there,

 

After installing WHMCS and adding products, When i try to sign up i am facing a error..

 

The error just say's: 1

 

Anyone know anything about this?

 

Have opened a ticket but no reply.

Please provide more information. At what point did you see this error number.

 

Was it:

During the order process (client side)

During the order process (admin side)

When accepting a pending order

or was it somewhere else.

 

When asking for help on the forums it is helpful to us and you if you can provide as much valid information as possible.

 

You might also look to posting in the correct forum, This is the bug reporting forum and usually problems with installations are not bugs but configuration issues. This is not always the case but you should explore all other avenues before you report as a bug. A better place for this post may be in the technical issues & help forum.

 

You can also help yourself greatly by checking out the http://docs.whmcs.com as most of the problems you will come across have been seen before.

 

There is also a search feature on the forum where you may find that it has been asked and resolved here before.

 

Some avenues you can explore yourself.

 

Check your server meets the minimum requirements, php version, mysql, curl support etc

Check your firewall(s) not blocking the connections from whmcs to the server.

Check your server has the associated packages and that names match your whmcs packages including casing and any username prefix option within whmcs.

Check that you have provided the right details to whmcs to actually connect to your server.

 

If i think of anything else of find an answer il drop back in and post again.
