cPanel module - garbage responses

I just upgraded to 5.2.4 and cpanel module has started giving garbage responses when doing a change password, change package, suspend, unsuspend manually to existing account.

The cpanel module log say all okay and api is getting executed,

but each time we have to see the debug module log to see the actual result of api request!

 

What could be causing this???
