When displaying packages as comparison subdomain option does not appear

I have a package that I use for free hosting but they must chose a domain that i provide them ( subdomain.mydomain.com )

 

For all the other package display options ( Ajaxcart, boxes, cart ect. ) It shows the subdomain dropdown when its selected.

 

For the Comparison display option that does not work. The radio button is there but when selected the dropdown list does not show.

 

Has anyone had this problem before?
