Figured I try the forums before making a support ticket

 

Getting support system test messages back saying

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

 

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

 

pipe to |/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php

generated by presales (at) 3alienswebhosting.com

local delivery failed

What I have done so far

Chmod pipe 755 didn't work set it back to 644

My setting for the pipe in the x3 theme is presales (at) 3alienswebhosting.com to |/public_html/XXXX/pipe/pipe.php

(in the setting " (at) " = @ (but you knew that :>)

 

when I tried to send it via the portal make a ticket worked fine but didn't send Admin (me) the email saying that there was a message.

 

If I remember correctly 2 years ago when I had whmcs active it did the same thing and I ended up going with a third part ticket system. I would like to fix this one.

You mention that you are using cPanel x3, try entering just the following into the "Pipe to a program" box:

 

public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php
