valmg
Hi. I have completed my install of v330 and am getting the following message: Templates Folder Permissions .......... You must set permissions for the templates_c folder so it can be written to (CHMOD 777) I have looked everywhere for the templates_c folder and haven't found it yet. Can someone point me in the right direction? I found the templates folder and changed it to 777 but that wasn't it. Thanks.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 27, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 27, 2007 Your file compression utility must have skipped the file when unzipping WHMCS because it has no contents. If that's the case, just create a blank folder called templates_c in the main whmcs directory and set the permissions to be writeable. PPH
The location will be the root of your whmcs install. If not there, follow Matt's instructions to create it in your whmcs root. 777 will only be needed if you are not running phpsuexec or suphp.
