Monthly Affiliate Report Email not being sent to two affiliates

Hi there,

 

I have been having an issue whereby the monthly Affiliate Report email is not being sent to two specific affiliates, even though it IS being sent to several others.

 

I'm at a loss as to why these two people are not receiving their monthly report - any clues?
