Emails in ticket system from Macs

Does anyone else have problems when receiving email/tickets from clients who use Macs?

 

these can either be new tickets or responses, but i generally get text cut off and also if there are attachments sent they never appear.

 

anyone got any solutions to this?

Im also using SmarterMail Enterprise... i wonder if this may be an issue??

 

Interesting! At some point I guess I'm going to have to move email handling back to Exim on cPanel and see if the problem goes away. That would point the finger at SmarterMail formatting/WHMCS handling of SmarterMail formatting.

Just noticed your update. Glad to hear it helped! I actually haven't seen the problem in awhile now--maybe the new pop.php is in 5.2.4 already? I guess I'll have to ask WHMCS. (Or could you maybe post the file in this thread?)
