Order Accept API help

hi

i need a help with regards to this API : http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Accept_Order

im using a 3rd party addon called "WHMCS Order Assistant" (/https://www.busyrack.com/whmcs-order-assistant/ and this issue is not regarding their addon. this is regarding whmcs API

now after installing this module all my Paid services (which has invoices) are marked as active instantly after payment. but the free products (which doesnt have invoices) are not marked as active order in my admin panel (pending order link is showing this order is pending and Accept Order green button is still active) the weird part is welcome email is sent, product is created in WHM and in the client area the product is shown as ACTIVE. why is that not marked as Active in the Admin area?

The log clearly says it successfully accepted the order.

acceptorder 57Array

(

[result] => success

)

so when the log is clear that order is marked as accepted, in the client area its show as active but in admin area why its still shows as pending order?

NOTE : during my daily cron, the pending order is marked as active in admin area... so until my cron is executed its pending..

for paid services i dont have this problem. as soon as the invoice marked as paid, in my admin panel the pending order is cleared

Please refer attached screenshots. the thing which i dont understand is in the client area its marked as active but admin area it shows as pending until next cron

any help?

Sam
