Hello,

 

I purchased the LiveHelp module yesterday. However, when I install it, I get the error saying that “You do not appear to have an active Live Chat Addon for WHMCS.”

 

I tried opening a ticket with WHMCS yesterday around noon, but now it is the next day and I still haven't received a response.

What can I do? I have tried going to “Check for Updates” to synchronize everything was it recommends, but it still is giving this error.
