generating due invoices.

I've just installed whmcs, and after importing data from hostbill, resetting things as necessary, setting appropriate next due dates for clients, making sure products and add ons were assigned properly, setting the oinvoice generation appropriate, (in this case 7 days before the due date), I click generate due invoices, after manually running the cron file to ensure product pricing got updated, no invoices are generated even though there are customers that have duedates in the next 7 days. I submitted this as a ticket, but due to support being in GMT, I thought I'd post here to see if I can get faster results.
