Order Form Template Not changing

Hi there

 

I am new to WHMCS and i am trying to configure it. Currently my order form template is set to ajax, but when i change it in the admin area to "comparison" it saves the settings, but doesnt change it in the site, it still shows the ajax template.

Have you gone back into your Admin panel to check that the change took place and the new order form is selected?

 

And have you tried clearing your browser cache/refresh the page?

You need to change it in the product group

thanks so much alfnyhost, it was that second setting i hadnt changed.

The old method of the order form templates is currently the "default" option so if there is none set on the product group it will be used.

 

I think this may be left intact as a fallback/legacy option but i would not rely on it being there in the next major release, i cant see it being removed before then but if it is to be removed there will be some notice in the change logs if the "default" function is to be deprecated. You should review the changelogs before any upgrade to see whats gone, whats new and what needs modifying.
