Configuring Web Presence Builder as an add-on?

Parallels Web Presence Builder appears in the list of Service Plans (in Parallels Plesk 11 for Linux) as an add-on but not as a feature for any of the Service Plans and it doesn't appear to be an option that can be added after the Subscription has been created (i.e., after the order has been processed/fulfilled). (AFAICT, it can only be added to the subscription during [manual] subscription creation and, therefore, it needs to be included in the order as an add-on.)

Can Web Presence Builder be configured in WHMCS as an add-on and configured during the account set up process?

I was wrong about this: Web Presence Builder can be added afterwards...

You can add add-on to already existing subscription. Just select subscription in the list and click Change Plan button. You can add or remove add-on plans there.

I haven't yet found an answer to this question, however.
