Missing Domain in Client Profile area

I installed the latest version of WHMCS (5.2.3) and used Utilities > cPanel/WHM Import to build up the client list.

The "Products/Services" tab was correctly populated with the Product and the domain name, but "Domains" tab says "No domains found for this user. Click here to place a new order."

 

I don't understand why WHMCS would create a domain entry on the Product tab but not the Domain tab?

 

Am I not doing something right?
