Sending Multiple Users Their Service Passwords

I've been experimenting with the "Send Message" feature...

 

1. Clients -> [select multiple] -> Send Message
   
2. Load Saved Message
   
3. Send Message

1. Orders -> [select multiple] -> Send Message
   
2. Load Saved Message
   
3. Send Message

1. Orders -> [select multiple] -> Send Message
   
2. Paste the merge fields into the message editing window:
   

   Username: {$service_username}
   Password: {$service_password}

   
   

3. Send Message

...and can not seem to find a way to send an entire group of customers their service passwords in bulk. The merge fields {$service_username} and {$service_password} aren't processed when used in bulk.

 

Is there some way that I can send an entire group of customers their service passwords in bulk?
