Does WHMCS notify admin when a new ticket is created in any department? I am running a one person show so there isn't any other support staff. I know that WHMCS sends an autoreply back to the client when a "sales" ticket is created for instance but what about the admin? It seems counter productive to have to check the WHMCS screen every few minutes to see if anyone has created a ticket.
