SAFE MODE Restriction in effect

After the last upcp cron every 5 minutes I get this message

Cron is:

If run on shell (how user XXXXX) any problem.

 

Server is on FastCgi mode, and user Normal Shell.

 

Safe mode it's disable on path pipe..

We're getting this same error... any ideas?
