Support microphones, which do you recommend?

I know this is not really a whmcs concern, although the live help module allows for integration with a call back feature to use skype.

 

With this feature in mind i would like to ask, Does anybody use this feature, and if so, what microphone/headset would you recommend for use in this way.

 

Over the years i have purchased many of these products with varying rates of quality i have to say that i would not purchase any one of them ever again.

 

I am looking for a make/model that i can purchase knowing it is upto the job at hand and won't leave me or my support team frustrated with it as has often been the case in the past.

 

If you can suggest any that you have used and been happy with, please let me know.
