Disk Usage: 0 MB, Disk Limit: Unlimited MB, BW Usage: 0 MB, BW Limit: Unlimited MB does not work no matter what i do. This shows for all users.

 

Iv tested the login to the server and i can access DA without any issues from Whmcs. So whats the problem? Why has this stopped working?

You are not alone, since we upgraded to 5.2.3 we experience the same issue.

But im only at 5.1.3 not 5.2.3 and will not upgrade to that version anytime soon. Im going to apply the patch file from the previous version which is only 1 file to see if it resolves itself.

In that case have you recently upgraded to DA 1.4.3 and does this coincide with the problem starting? There is the suggestion that the issue could be due to DA 1.4.3 rather than the WHMCS DA module.

Thats only a suggestion but there is at least one report of someone who did not have this issue and they were already upgraded to 1.4.3 and using an older version of whmcs.
