Hello,

 

i think the blocked E-Mails Adresse / Subject / Sender and Phrases are not working when some one open a Ticket through the Website.

 

Is this right?

 

We have actually an idiot who Spam us with the "base64"-Code. I have blocked his IP now but i have blocked the Phrases and Subject before longer time!
