Duplicate Support Tickets Created

Hi,

 

When using the forwarding piping method for support tickets, our system is creating 2 support tickets for each e-mail sent. Any ideas?

 

We are using DirectAdmin on our server and have enclosed the piping in quotes as follows:

 

"|/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/webfutura/domains/webfutura.co.uk/public_html/myaccount/pipe/pipe.php"
