webfutura
Hi, When using the forwarding piping method for support tickets, our system is creating 2 support tickets for each e-mail sent. Any ideas? We are using DirectAdmin on our server and have enclosed the piping in quotes as follows: "|/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/webfutura/domains/webfutura.co.uk/public_html/myaccount/pipe/pipe.php"
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 23, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 23, 2007 Answered via support ticket but here's the KB link for others: http://support.whmcs.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=9&id=30 Matt
webfutura
Thanks Matt, That sorts the problem straight away. For other peoples info, if they're using Spam Assassin, you only need to comment out the #unseen within the "virtual_aliases_nostar:" section, you can leave the other ones alone...
dgbaker
I know this is an old thread, but the KB referenced no longer exists. Any one have a copy of it?
