Integrating WHMCS with Plesk?

If there's a guide detailing the process of integrating WHMCS with Plesk, I haven't found it. I have found the numerous other docs and pieced together many of the steps:

  • I've configured the General Settings (Company Name, Email Address, Domain, etc);
  • I've configured the Payment Gateway (PayPal with my PayPal email [i.e., account ID]);
  • I've enabled IPN in my PayPal Selling Tools;
  • I've establshed a server group and added my Plesk server to the group, and;
  • I've setup Products/Services by...
    • creating two product groups (e.g., Shared Web Hosting & E-Mail Hosting);
    • duplicating the Service Plans already configured in the Plesk server (e.g., Bronze; Silver; and; Gold Shared Web Hosting), and;
    • configuring the pricing and module settings for each of the services.

I'm sure that there's lots more to do but I'm not sure what to do next so I decided to test one signing up for a Shared Web Hosting service by...

  • creating a free Shared Web Hosting service that does not "show domain registration options" (e.g., a service called "Iron"), and then
  • cutting-and-pasting the "Direct Shopping Cart Link" (e.g., https://www.example.com/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=5&carttpl=cart) from the "Iron" free Shared Web Hosting service tab into the browser window.

However, the sign-up form that's displayed still displays the standard three options (even though I de-selected the "show domain registration options" feature when I created the service):

  • I want Example.com to register a new domain for me.
  • I want to transfer my domain to Example.com
  • I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain.

...along with the form fields for entering a domain name and...

  • the drop down lists for the TLD (in the first two options) are empty, and
  • when I manually enter the TLD (in the text entry area of the third option) the form just hangs when I click submit.

What have I missed? i.e., Why are the domain name registration options displayed? Why are the dropdown lists empty in the domain?

However...

I've added the .com TLD to Setup -> Services/Services -> Domain Pricing and this fixed the problem.
