MD5 hash failure and slow support from the whmcs team

I keep getting this error from 2checkout in the whmcs gateway logs even though I've checked the secret word countless times and even changed it.

 

I logged a support ticket, and the reply was just a repeat of what I already know. Then asking for further assistance got me no replies.

 

The demo mode also doesn't work.

 

Anyone having issues with 2co on 5.2.2?
