Custom PayPal Module

Hello,

 

I'm looking for someone who can develop a custom PayPal module. It should have all of the features of the existing WHMCS module, with only one minor change. We are getting a lot of payments that return the following:

 

payment_status => Pending

pending_reason => paymentreview

 

PayPal has stated it's their "risk filters", and that nothing can be done about it. However, it's happening on tons of our purchases. We just need it to automatically mark "Pending" payment statuses as paid. I understand the consequences of this and I'm okay with it.
