Problem with automated domain registration WHMCS & ResellerClub

Hi, we are having problems with domain registration using ResellerClub module. The first time you try to register a client's domain the "Error obtaining customer id" error appears and the client account is created on ResellerClub pannel but the domain is not registered then, if you clic register again, the "[]" error appears.

We had the same issue with NetEarthOne (Same system, LogicBoxes) and it was resolved with the latest v5.2.X release as the ResellerClub & NetEarthOne registrar modules were updated to use "API Key" as opposed to the old login method.

 

Since then, it has been running like a champ and no issues.

It is only failing to register via the automation or does it fail also when you do it manually (IE. Client orders --> you view order --> click domain --> process registration)?

Both manually and automatically.

This is because you need the updated files for ResellerClub. I was having the same issue, then I sent in a support ticket. Then they send me files. PM me, and I can get the files over to you.
