Error with TLD

Hi Guys,

 

I am getting the following error "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration"

 

I know this has been asked before so please bear with me.

 

I have already looked at the length of time to register a domain. and have set the following to be sure, .co.uk, .com and .net I have pricing set to 5 years, so why the error ?

 

This is happening when trying to select a hosting package with domain name and with domain name only

 

Is there anything else that could be wrong that I need to check

 

You help is greatly appreciated
