This cropped up on domainchecker.php for me, but it may pop up in other locations. Captcha was actually turned off in Settings > Securiry, although reCAPTCHA was selected as the Type. Had to change Type to Default to get rid of the error.

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function recaptcha_check_answer() in /home/my.beecher.net/web/includes/classes/class.validate.php on line 0
