velocity
So... With WHMCS can I use Protx's VSP Direct solution to take automated regular payments (on all main UK debit/credit cards) for services. Can I also add additional payments to customers regular invoices for other work/services? TIA.
0 WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 22, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 22, 2007 Yes, it's the VSP Direct solution that is implemented with WHMCS for ProtX. And you can manually raise and charge invoices for customers in addition to the automated ones that WHMCS creates. Matt
0 velocity
Great stuff, thanks for the reply. So does WHMCS store a customers credit card details and submit regular payment requests on their behalf?... and do they get (automated) prior notification of the payment going out?
0 WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 22, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 22, 2007 Yes, WHMCS stores the card details - invoices are generated x days in advance (by default it's 14 but you can change it) and then the card is charged on the due date.
