JoshuaC Posted March 22, 2013 Share Posted March 22, 2013 Hi there, For one of my clients, I have the boxes checked for both "Don't Apply Late Fees" and "Don't Send Overdue Emails" under client profile. I just received notice from client that she got 2 emails from system - one stating late fee applied and the other sending overdue notice Any reason this would not be working as it should?
