adding image above "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution"

Hi,

 

i would to add an image above "Powered by WHMCompleteSolution" but when i try do it in footer.tpl the images appears below and not above, there a lot of file on templats folder and don't want to make a mistake. someone can tell what's file i can change please.

 

i have insert code on top of header.tpl :
