LifeGuard Posted August 22, 2007 Share Posted August 22, 2007 When a bill is prorated it charges my customer the yearly fee plus a few cents extra (Prorata till Oct) however when the invoice is paid it extends their hosting due date to october 2007 which it should extend it to oct 2008... It's the same issue for bi-annually too. I have to change each customer that orders manually from 10-01-2007 to 10-01-2008 or 2009 so they wont get charged/invoiced again for what they have paid for.
