yjHosting Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 hi please refer both attached screen shots. in the left side panel ticket status are very few, why its not showing closed status all? Normally i have many statuses, like closed,inprogress,onhold,answered,open etc, but the left haand side filter panel shows only 2 status. Why is that?
