support operator locked out how do i release the ip

One of my support operator has got themselves locked out how do i release there ip? Is there a list of blocked admin ip's

Try Setup -> Other -> Banned IPs - Unsure if this is just for clients or if its for both admins and clients.

seems to be others not admin ips there

You can do it manually in the database. I've gotten myself locked out before, and that's the only way to do it.
