[FIXED] WHMCS 5.2.1 Can't Renew Domain

Hi.

 

I upgrade to 5.2.1 and can't renew domain, the status show success but actually failed

 

Anyone have same problem with me?

with domain we have a lot issues.

 

- can't change dns in the admin

- can't customer change their DNS

 

 

i have ticket open with not solution

i have same problem, cant renew domains on Resellerclub and Netearthone. I checked modules and enter API keys but cant renew or register domains.

WHMCS Support guy asked me to give him the module log.

 

The log didn't show any action about renew or register. (Show only "get registrar lock" , "get nameservers") I think the WHMCS didn't send any data to the registrar.

 

This issue also occured on ResellerClub and WebNIC.

this is the same with nominet module too. command sytax error when changing NS on reseller club or nominet.

This is the same with AussieHQ module. Nothing shows up in Activity Log or Debug Log. Domain shows as renewed successfully when I click renew but neither next due date or expiry date are updated in WHMCS. The domain isn't renewed at the registrar either.

 

Edit: upgrading from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 seems to have fixed the issue.
