JumpingMarcello Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I've setup email piping according to several threats... unfortunately it's not working like i expected. I would like to send a new request to my support mailadres support@mydomain.com. Then WHMCS imports through email piping. All set and done, but when i try to send a mail .. the text is not copied into the ticket and also the requestor email is missing. Does anybody have a clue?
