slovas
I tried to check if some of domain names are free for registration through domain checker and the information was uncorrect. Example: I tried to check domain name eu.info and eu.biz. Domain checker show that these domain names are free for registration but it isn't correct. All eu domain names are allready registered. Is anybody know how to solve this problem. Our client paid for some domain names which are not free for registration and now we have the problem to explain them that these domain names actualy aren't free.
philip
You should contact Matt and let him know the issue. I had the same issue as you before & already let Matt know. The domain checker script fail to check the minimum name characters of a certain domain extension. For example, for .biz, the minimum characters = 3, so if you entered 2 characters domain name in domain checker for .biz, it'll tell you that it is available, although it isn't.
PPH
Just checked ours and yes this is a bug and should be reported as such. This can cause some serious issues to try to explain to our customers.
