Hi

I have used a module for SSL certificates which requires that the prices are put in the recurring price fields. However I do not want WHMCS to create new invoices when the period is at the end. Can I somehow make sure that does not happen??

Any reason in particular you want a setup like this? This would be a problem for accounting / billing etc...?

When a recurring charge occurs the invoice is created and the card is charged, that marks the invoice as paid automatically. If you was not to create an invoice what would happen if the card charging fails etc...?

I only sell SSL certificates - and I'm not interested in that my customers get billed/charged without placing a new order. They get a bit annoyed getting billed without placing a new order ;-)

SSL Certificates usually renew on an annual basis so for the monthly fields you would put -1.00 which will disable monthly, quarterly etc... - Only set the prices for annual. This way invoices are only created on an annual basis (to renew those ssl certificates).

If you don't want any further invoices to be created (so they only pay once and never again for the SSL certificates - will make you lose money) you can select the "One Time" option and input the one time price in the "OneTime/Monthly" field. This will not create any invoices after the initial first.

Hi

I don't use the module anymore - my supplier of SSL certificates has made a new module when they use "One Time" option. So the problem is how do I change it for the orders already placed.

Instead of automatically rebilling - my supplier - sends 4 reminder emails :-)
