hello, guys please help, i asked Domain registrar also,

this is what i asked" :

hii guys, we are getting some problem from client end, when ever the clients tries to change the nameservers or goes to edit contact they are getting some error, the error is mentioned bellow.

The following errors occurred:

*****.com -

Required parameter missing

Parameter 'login_handle' missing.

Parameter 'login_pass' missing.

we dont know why this is causing, is this your problem or WHMCS's problem>? please help us out.

Thank you

"this is what they said" :

Dear Kushal,

It seems like an WHCMS issue. When the customer makes the modification from the client panel the modifications are not carried out since the login handle and login pass is missing.

Itś best he asks the WHMCS team why the login credentials are missing when the client side sends modifications.

Let me know if that helps.

Best regards

"dear whmcs please clear this issue"
