Alex - Arvixe Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 Well WHMCS does have several automation options such as automatic suspension / termination. What services are you going to be selling? Normally WHMCS would send out an invoice, if the client chooses they don't want to renew they can either: 1) Process a cancellation request (Hopefully) 2) Simply (and annoyingly) not pay the invoice and just ignore it. This will then eventually catch up on one of the set automation tools (such as automated suspension) and suspend that package after x days & then terminate the package after a further x days.
