error strange characters

Good afternoon, I use whmcs this area:

/http://www.tectonny.com.br/cliente

 

And everything works ok, but I needed to change to another domain (/http://noar.tk) and errors appear in the records of clients and models of e-mail.

example:

In the old domain the word "Olá" appears with accent just right, now appears in the new "Olá" I thought the problem was the data bank, and open both via phpmyadmin the word is written as "Olá"

 

Only the old can do right appears "Olá."

 

Does anyone have any ideai how resolve to this?

Have you tried changing the encoding in the administration of whmcs, but only worsens further.
