geniosity Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Hi When purchasing a "Domain Transfer" product, the client can enter the domain, and if there's an issue, they see the following message: ---- The domain you entered is not valid. Enter only the part after the www. and include the TLD ---- The problem is, if they enter the TLD then they receive that error again, because they SHOULDN'T enter the TLD, there's a TLD dropdown next to the domain box. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
