SHC_testsvcs Posted February 27, 2013 Share Posted February 27, 2013 NOTE: This might be a double post, if so I apologize, I didn't see my original post go through> We use two gateways and had no problems till now. Now when a customer wants to place an order the order hangs up at the "connecting to the gateway" process. WHMCS sets up the account in the client area, sends out the welcome email etc but does nothing more because of no confirmation that the client has paid. If it can't connect there is no log entry either just an unpaid invoice and a incomplete setup. This is not a lease from WHMCS so I cannot contact support- however my server provider holds the lease and they are stumped and we are on day 2 of this mess. Now I have tried making changes in the forwardpage.tpl as I saw someone wrote about, doublechecked all .htaccess for changes etc. Cleared the cache in the DB and the only thing left is to dump the gateways and reinitialize it. However that doesn't explain why this happen and how to prevent this without losing anymore business. Any help, suggestions etc would be appreciated. SHC_testsvcs Posted February 27, 2013 Author Share Posted February 27, 2013 I've fixed it myself or at least identified the problem - we upgraded the software on our site to a newer version and it has it blocked from sending out to the payment gateways.
