Rochenhost + Custom Design + Setup

Ubelmort

Question

Hello,

I just have a few questions about your product. This looks promising for the direction I'd like to take my company this year. I run a small web design business and I do hosting solutions for my clients. I have a reseller Account with RochenHost.com and this run CPanel + WHM. I've decided with the limited time I will have this year for design wise that I'd like to focus a little more on a hosting solution and just do custom work for very close clients.

As of right now I'm doing everything manually through WHM and would love to setup an automatic process. Right now with my reseller account through Rochen, they offer for free ClientExec, which I've played around with a little but I just don't have the time to figure the thing out and configure it properly to my liking. Plus the design work I'd have to do in order for it to match my site would be a task in itself and with a 2nd Child coming along this year I just don't have that time to put into something like that. Which brings me here!

So, From what I can tell WHMCS should integrate with CPanel and WHM that I have with Rochen without any issues. You offer installation for a fair price, I could do it myself but with my limited time $59.95 sounds lovely!

Ok so for the questions:

Integration:

I use RocketTheme.com Template for my site (Which I'm redeveloping right now), do you have experience with RT and is your template/design responsive? If not, do you plan on going to a responsive template + HTML 5 and CSS3?

Since my site is in redevelopment, can I purchase the Integration at a later time?

Can you integrate the WHMCS Logins with the Joomla Logins?

Installation:

Is the WHMCS installed under a SubDomain or just a normal directory within the site or does it matter?

How long does it take to setup if I get the "Installation & Configuration" Service? I will most likely need to schedule a time frame that we can meet to set everything up. What is your turn around time for scheduling?

Upgrading

Say that I purchase the "Monthly No Branding" to start off with and if I love it, can I upgrade to "One Time No Branding"? I'm the type of person who likes to own what I use...

-----

I think thats everything, sorry for the wall of text, just really trying to decide which direction I'd like to take this year with the company with minimum amount of work until I get more time on my hands.

Thanks,

Fred

-> You can install it on a sub domain, root or a normal directory. When you buy WHMCS just input your license key during the installation process and your ready to start setting up!

-> You can buy an owned license anytime you like to replace the old license.

I can't answer your other questions though for a faster response I'd recommend you create a sales ticket :)

Alex,

Thanks for taking the time to answer some of my questions. I see that communication on the forums are slim with WHMCS staff it seems. Even though I did purchase the monthly one for right now to test it out, Thus far it's nice and pretty easy to setup and config, better than ClientExec... I haven't had the time to finish setting everything up but I'm getting there.

But thanks again.

Yeah the best way to contact WHMCS would be via tickets, they usually respond very fast there (Even faster I've found since with their investment from cPanel).

If you need any help configuring send me an email (alex.ali@arvixe.com) I'd be glad to offer some help (free of course) - If not, good luck with your web hosting / design business!
