Can an account statement be automatically sent to a client with an invoice?

Hello,

 

I woud like to know if an account statement can be automatically sent to a client with their monthly invoice if they have outstanding charges due? (eg. previous invoices unpaid)

 

We are wanting to alert clients to any outstanding charges - I understand WHMCS doesn't carry these over onto the next month's invoices.
