Question about a failed domain renewal order with multiple items - 1 failed!!!

I am recently swapped from AWBS to WHMcs, and wonder how to get this problem fixed.

 

I had a renewal order for multiple domains, unfortunately not enough credits in registrar account so this one domain is not renewed although it shows in the customer account the next renewal date in future which is correct. I am trying to find out how to sort this in a correct way. The order has been manual accepted.

 

- Is the best way forward to go in my registrar account and renew manual?
