miketree Posted February 12, 2013 Share Posted February 12, 2013 I have recently upgraded Plesk 9 to Plesk 10 In Plesk 9, I had plans which gave each customer a maximum number of domains, which they could set up and, on request, have a dedicated IP address. After this has been upgraded to Plesk 10, each domain has been converted to a subscription. However, although the customer can add a domain to a subscription (like an add-on domain in cpanel), they cannot create a new subscription, meaning they cannot have a dedicated IP address for that domain. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I missing something? How did you deal with the issue?
