Heavy Panda
Hello and thanks for your time I am new to WHMCS and have just purchased a license. I have a reselller VPS for my clients, I will not be selling hosting etc. to random clients, all my clients will have their hosting accounts set-up by me. However I would like to send clients an annual renewal notice, I can't find where I can set this up. Can someone please send me in the right direction? Many thanks
sohouk
The way to do this is quite easy - assuming you have your clients set up in WHMCS. First you need to set up the products (even if you are not going to actually let clients at them). So, create you Hosting Package under the products page: Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services Full info is here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Products Having done that, you then assign the hosting package you have set up to each client. You do this by going to the clients account and then clicking 'Add New Order' You can then assign the hosting package you set up from the drop down list. You also set the relevant billing cycle and whether you want to generate an invoice / send it to the client. I would leave the email client options un-checked until you are confident its all working. You can then send the invoices at a later stage. Creating a manual order is described here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Order_Management#Placing_an_Order That's pretty much all there is to do.
