Creating custom invoices

ckirby

Question

I know that it is possible to create custom invoices with custom items without having to associate them with any products, but is it possible to create work entries on a daily basis over the course of a month and then create an month end invoice for all of the items that were typed?

Regards,

Chris.

Don't know if this could work for you, and perhaps it's not exactly what you are asking, but you could create an invoice dated in the future and just enter the items into that. When the invoice was due, you'd just change the dates on it to be current and click Send Invoice.

That's what I always do...start an invoice (for maintenance clients) the first time in a billing cycle I do work for them, and specify the invoice to be due the following 1st of the month.

And it has always worked. Except for tonight....so I'm upgrading to 3.4.1, hopefully that will solve whatever the problem is.
