We have set up WHMCS with Directadmin integration. It seems to work as expected for creating new accounts from WHMSC but how can we import all of our existing Directadmin account sinto WHMSC? We have over 1,000 accounts and would like to avoid having to type them all in by hand. We also do not know what their passwords are so if this can be extracted from directadmin as well, even better.
Once all accounts are migrated into WHMSC, how does WHMSC keep track of domain changes in Directadmin? For example, if somebody adds a new domain inside of their Directadmin logon, will WHMSC know about it and be able to create an invoice for the new domain?
Is there any way to create invoices from the command prompt? Since whmsc does not support time based billing, we want to create an external unix script that will automatically extract the worked time from our time tracker application, add up the billable hours, and then create an invoice with whmsc.
On the client portal page, is there any way to hide any of the product groups that they are not using? For example, if we have a shared hosting account but no VPS services, we would to hide VPS from their subscribed product list.
Is there any way to disable the support ticket system in whmsc? We want to use the kayoko integration.
Using the whmsc panel, can a hosting client upgrade or downgrade their hosting package in directadmin?
Is there an ETA on when time-based billing will be added so we don't have to use two billing systems?
