GreenVine Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 Hello all I am setuping WHMCS Support Ticket Departments, we want sales(sales@example.com), tech(support@example.com) and billing(billing@example.com) departments. I already configured SMTP settings in General Settings -> Mail Tab with email service@example.com. But I did not find any opinions to setup these addresses' SMTP server. So if Sales Department need to send an email, WHMCS is always log to SMTP server with service@example.com but send email under sales@example.com. Note that this is not permitted in mostly SMTP providers. How to set dedicated SMTP login information for each support department?
